How to lodge a form and pay a fee
Forms and fees in the District Court are lodged through the court registry.
Steps
Complete the form and submit it to the relevant District Court registry by post or in person.
You may pay in cash, by cheque, EFTPOS or credit card (Visa card and Mastercard only). ( NOTE: Payment by debit/credit card can be accepted if paying in person or paying an account by telephone).
A number of District Court forms can also be filed online through the NSW Online Registry.
