Civil jurisdiction forms and fees

Forms will need to be lodged with the appropriate fee, either in person, by post or via the online registry. Find out how to lodge a form or pay a fee


Most forms for civil cases in the District Court are determined by the Uniform Civil Procedure Rules 2005.-

The standard forms are located on the Uniform Civil Procedure Rules (UCPR) website.

Many civil forms can be filed online via the Online Registry website.

There are also a select number of forms specific to the District Court.

These fees are effective from 1 July 2024 and are prescribed by the Civil Procedure Regulation 2017.

The fees under this item are to be paid by the party requesting a jury for the trial.
