Civil jurisdiction forms and fees

Forms

Most forms for civil cases in the District Court are determined by the Uniform Civil Procedure Rules 2005.

The standard forms are located on the Uniform Civil Procedure Rules (UCPR) website.

Many civil forms can be filed online via the Online Registry website.

There are also a select number of forms specific to the District Court.

These fees are effective from 1 July 2026 and are prescribed by the Civil Procedure Regulation 2017.
